FEES AND SERVICES
Transparent pricing for professional expert opinions and certifications
Security is built on method
The issue of a philatelic certificate requires specialised preparation acquired through years of study and practical experience. The evaluation of a stamp or a postal history document implies knowledge of print runs, postal usages, printing techniques, and an extensive body of historical-philatelic literature.
It is also essential to have an original reference collection, often costly, necessary for reliable and technically sound comparison. The certificate therefore represents the final synthesis of complex work, based on expertise, experience, and appropriate tools.

How to proceed
For a correct assessment and to avoid unnecessary shipments, I recommend sending me by email (perizie@davidcarli.it) clear images and a brief description of the material. This initial exchange will allow me to confirm the feasibility of the expert opinion, verify that it falls within my area of expertise, and provide turnaround times, costs, and shipping instructions.
After my confirmation, you may proceed with postal shipment, which I recommend sending via conventional insured mail for € 50.00, faster and safer than registered mail.
I suggest protecting the material with rigid cardboard and placing it in a sturdy envelope (for example, with bubble wrap protection). On the front clearly indicate DO NOT FOLD – DO NOT PUNCTURE, and seal the envelope also with adhesive tape bearing your signatures or stamps, to discourage any tampering.
My correspondence address is: David Carli – Via Colombo 11a – 58022 Follonica (GR)
Do not forget to include your first name, surname, full address, email, and telephone number inside the shipment.
