David Carli
Philatelic Expert
IN PHILATELY SINCE 1993
Why rely on a philatelic expert
With a philatelic expert opinion, you obtain an authoritative assessment of your stamps and postal documents, as well as their state of preservation.

A professional document certifying the authenticity, quality and characteristics of the examined item.
With the many forgeries on the market, a certificate offers essential protection and makes every purchase safer and more transparent.
Every cover carries a unique story: expert examination brings out traces, routes and details that time should not erase.
In the modern philatelic market, a valuable stamp is not recognised as such without the signature or certificate of an officially recognised expert. Expertisation is not optional: it is the key that unlocks the itemโs marketability.

Forgery prevention
Application of investigative techniques using infrared and ultraviolet equipment and photomechanical methods to identify forgeries in stamps, inks, pigments and historical documents.
Who is David Carli
My passion for philately began in childhood and, over the years, turned into a true professional vocation that, in 1993, led me to take over a historic shop in my city and to start my activity as a philatelic dealer.

My certificates
When history meets paper, the certificate becomes its witness.

Every item has a story to tell, but only careful examination reveals its content. The certificate does not create value: it verifies it, defines it and preserves it over time.
